11th ANNUAL LEGO EVENT PLANNED FOR NOV. 3. Scottsdale’s Community Design

Studio is holding the 11th Annual “Build the Fun” Lego Event on November 3,

2007, from 10 to noon at the Granite Reef Senior Center, 1700 N. Granite

Reef Rd. Titled “Build the Fun’ this educational event that brings

together 100 children, ages 7-12 learn about community building by combining

a variety of different lego buildings into a city. Registration is required

by October 24 and is limited to the first 100 registrants. Registration

houses to learn about preliminary recommendations and provide input to

Scottsdale’s Transportation Master Plan. The open houses will be held:

NEIGHBORHOOD CIRCULATOR EXPANSION CONSIDERED AT OCT. 24 COMMUNITY OPEN

HOUSES. City staff is considering expansion of the Neighborhood Connector

trolley service and wants to hear from residents. Two open houses have been

scheduled for community feedback about possible expansion:
