To learn more about north-area issues and opportunities, residents are invited to visit the Pima North Neighborhood Resource Center.
The Pima North Neighborhood Resource Center is located at 8787 E. Hualapai Drive, on the southwest corner of Hualapai and Pima Road in the city’s Water Campus. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except during the noon lunch hour (noon to 1 p.m.).
The center houses city employees who provide building inspection, development plan reviews, storm water management, zoning and property maintenance enforcement and a north area-dedicated neighborhood liaison.
Pima North also offers the following information and services:

** City Utility Bill Drop-off Location
** Natural Area Open Space (NAOS)
** Notary Public
** Passport Processing (Wednesdays by appointment only)
** Trash, Brush & Recycling Collection
** Volunteer Involvement
** Voter Registration
** Water and Sewer Service
To help prepare for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Pima North Neighborhood Resource Center is now accepting non-perishable food donations and $10 grocery gift cards to help Scottsdale residents in need.
