BUS SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS SET TO BEGIN JULY 23
Commuters using eight Scottsdale bus routes will see an upgrade in service starting July 23.
Changes include Scottsdale Road’s cornerstone bus Route 72 beginning service north of the CAP Canal on Saturday and Sunday between Princess Drive and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
Other improvements extend service up to five hours later into the night and/or increase the frequency of service to at least every half hour throughout the day.
Here are the routes receiving service upgrades:
Route 17 (McDowell Road); Route 41 (Indian School Road); Route 66 (Mill Avenue/68th Street); Route 72 (Scottsdale/Rural roads); Route 76 (Miller Road); Route 81 (Hayden Road/McClintock Drive); Route 170 (Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard); and the Green Route (Thomas Road).
