Applications are available for teens looking to give back to the community through volunteering with the City of Scottsdale. Application deadline is April 30. Teens are encouraged to return their applications promptly as the demand for volunteer opportunities is great.
The Youth Corps program provides an opportunity for middle and high school teens to volunteer in various areas of the city during the months of June and July, learning valuable job skills while giving back to the community.
Opportunities are available in city offices, recreation centers, citizen
service centers, pools, and senior centers. Hours vary and generally total 10 to 20 hours each week.
